self-motivated individual who will take pride in owning product management responsibility. This individual will
have strong customer-centric product management experience, the ability to work on multiple products, and will
take the initiative to improve both our products and our processes.

PMs are the core of the companys product and business leadership. We work closely with Engineering,
Marketing, Business Development and Finance teams to define strategy, design product experiences, become an
expert on our customers needs, and manage the impact of our products on our business. Product management

Key responsibilities:
Represent the voice of the customer within Reputation.com
Work with customers and business leaders to drive the design and short/long term roadmap of your
product.
Work closely with engineering to innovate on and build out your product. Youll be driving strategy,
prioritizing deliverables, managing design and supporting the engineering process.
Managing the complete business of your product area including establishing key metrics, setting and
meeting goals on customer engagement and retention, and reducing the overall cost of service.
Supporting both inbound and outbound partner relationships relevant to your business.
Supporting launch and marketing activities spanning messaging, PR and customer acquisition programs.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have
Experience building consumer products at an Internet or mobile company.
Identified and evangelized game-changing product innovations that support and improve your companys
strategic and competitive position.
Gathered, analyzed and communicated competitive and market intelligence.
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills:
Able to clearly articulate technical solutions to internal and external audiences
Innate ability to drive consensus and forward motion.
In particular, ability to shape constructive dialogue across a dynamic organization.

Managed product requirements and translate them into compelling products and capabilities.
Directed future product efforts and business direction.
Shipped high quality products on time.
Comfortable working with designers on wireframes and mockups as well as usability research.
Past background with A/B and/or Multi-variate testing is a big plus
Been hugely organized with the ability to thrive and get the right things done in an environment where
there is no end of things to do.
5-7 years product management experience. If you dont have 5 years of experience, we still encourage

BS/BA or equivalent in CS or related technical field. MBA preferred.
