Responsibilities:
Listen intently to users, customers and SMEs to uncover new market opportunities and customer needs and develop new product offerings and enhancements to address them
Define and execute your product's strategic roadmap, prioritizing opportunities and needs relative to strategy and bandwidth, gaining alignment internally and evangelizing it externally
Manage successive product release cycles within an agile framework, making tactical scoping, prioritization and design decisions under aggressive timelines
Gather and analyze user stories across customers and distill them into clear requirements for Engineering. Work with UXD to ensure a superlative user experience
Develop content to articulate your product's compelling value proposition and user stories, maintain and deliver product demos as needed
Be the overall product owner and expert
Required Skills & Experience:
5 Years of Product Management or Business Consulting experience, preferably with data-driven or analytically oriented products
BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent (Business, Economics, Statistics)
Any of the following is a plus:
2 Years working either with or within the Retail Banking and Finance industry, preferably in the Product Management, Pricing, Finance, Marketing, Risk or Treasury functions
Experience with Pricing or Marketing Analytics and Optimization concepts and technologies
MS / MBA in a related field
