This Senior Product Manager will be responsible for driving strategy, product development, and growth for emerging products in Concur's Traveler Services group, including TripIt.
Key job requirements:
Prioritization. Lots of good opportunities. Size them up. Make tough choices. Drive the roadmap.
Market research. Know your customer. Have a bead on the competition.
Alignment. Share, engage with UX, marketing, engineering, support, and others across the company.
Leadership. Work with cross-functional teams. Champion the project and truly own it.
Forecast and monitor. Develop goal metrics and a plan to get there. And watch like a hawk.
Skills and experience you'll need:
You've done it before: consumer-driven product management experience of at least 5 years.
You can roll up your sleeves. Detailed specs and use cases? You've written loads -- and enjoyed it.
You've got analytic chops: opportunity assessments, and performance monitoring.
You work well with others. Cross-functional communication, leadership, and collaboration are critical.
You know enough to be dangerous. Not scared by words like asynchronous or graph database.
You can pass a background check. We keep it clean.
Experience working with small businesses, billing systems, or travel is a plus.
