Senior Product Marketing Manager
Join our product marketing team and contribute to our mission: to maximize revenue and margin growth through great product packaging, pricing, positioning, launches, and analysis.
At Bullhorn, our marketing department is revenue-focused, data-driven, and believes in outside-in input. To succeed in product marketing at Bullhorn, you?ll need three sets of skills: analytical, communication, and collaboration.
Analytical skills. You?ll make decisions and draw insightful conclusions based on qualitative and quantitative data from tests and measurements. You?ll research markets and competitors to decide what we do next. You?ll set, analyze, and adjust pricing and packaging for Bullhorn products and services
Communication skills. You?ll excel in writing and presenting, so you can aggressively and enthusiastically champion products externally and internally. You?ll launch products by creating messaging and positioning and leading a cross-functional team. You?ll tell the Bullhorn story through live talks, webinars, blog posts, whitepapers, and on customer calls.
Collaboration skills. You?ll work closely with sales so that you can meet your expectations for revenue and margin contributions. You?ll proactively seek out customers to listen to their needs, then translate and communicate those to the sales, professional services, and product teams.
But most of all, you should be interested in frequently experimenting, constantly improving, and not being afraid to make mistakes. You?ll work with a team of like-minded individuals who make it a point to learn more every day.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
5+ years product management or product marketing experience within the software industry
Bachelor?s Degree in marketing or software-related technology field
MBA in Marketing strongly desired.
Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and go-to-market strategies and programs
Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Experience driving business results in a cross-functional team of Sales, Services, Engineering, and Marketing
Experience taking software products to market and growing product revenue
A blend of business and technical expertise
Strong attention to detail and ability to execute on shifting priorities
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers, analysts and business partners
