Senior Product Marketing Manager SpaceClaim
SpaceClaim, the leading provider of 3D Direct Modeling software, is looking for a world-class senior product marketing manager to join our team. As SpaceClaim?s senior product marketing manager, you will be an advocate for the world?s fastest and most innovative 3D modeling solution for engineers.
Your specific day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Owning and managing product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.
Create remarkable content (e.g. blog posts, product videos and sales enablement) that articulate the unique advantages of SpaceClaim.
Engage in discussions on social media to attract new potential customers and answer important questions about our products.
Channel enablement, communicate the value proposition of SpaceClaim to the Reseller Channel and develop marketing tools that support the selling process of our products.
Product launch, plan the launch of new versions of SpaceClaim and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
Speaking and presenting to engineers about SpaceClaim.
Managing relationships with external software analysts and influencers.
Create and maintain a set of marketing tools (e.g. white papers, data sheets and presentations) that can be used across a variety of channels and programs.
Market intelligence, be the expert on our buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria, be the expert on our competition and how to counter them.
Here's what we expect to see in the person who will fill this job:
5 - 8 years of relevant professional experience with at least 5 years in software product marketing.
The ability to translate product specific messaging and positioning into a cohesive, compelling story about what customers actually will do with our products, not just examples of our product features.
Ability to create content. You need to be able to write. You need to be able to dive in and create new material.
Analytical intuition, product marketing is hard to measure. That makes it exceptionally important for product marketers to be skillful analytical thinkers.
Experience driving customer acquisition through compelling messaging, content and channel enablement.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of establishing credibility and building relationships with customers, prospects, sales, customer support and development.
Excellent verbal presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of 3D modeling software for engineers.
Bachelor?s in business, marketing or engineering.
Willing to travel 20%.
