Who are we looking for
Lithium is seeking exceptional talent to lead product marketing for the Lithium Analytics and Community Platform products. We?re looking for an all-around athlete who is passionate about empowering a B2B sales team to out-position the competition, evangelize social media best practices, and articulate real business value to prospects during the sales cycle.
You?ll need polish and confidence when talking with executives as you model their ROI from Lithium products. You?ll need a superior ability to translate technical features into simple, persuasive, value propositions. And last but not least, you?ll need great writing and PowerPoint skills to turn your vision and positioning messages into compelling sales tools and content assets.

Responsibilities
Product Launches ? bring new products and features to market
Product Positioning? create compelling messaging that speaks to our target audiences and clearly articulates our differentiation
Sales Enablement ? accelerate deals by training the field to deliver compelling sales pitches and business cases
Collateral development ? write copy for product data sheets, website pages, and blog posts
ROI Modeling ? work directly with customers to model the business impact of social engagement, differentiating Lithium?s ability to deliver superior results
Competitive Analysis ? research competitor strengths and weaknesses to inform product roadmaps and provide sales with effective positioning
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, ideally in enterprise B2B software
Superior written, oral, and presentation skills
Excel wizardry
Active participation in social media
Proven ability to take ownership for product and solution areas, outline a strategy for attacking the market, and execute with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to analyze and out-position the competition
Proven ability to create sales tools and sales enablement programs that increase win rates
Action-oriented with great follow through on commitments
Bachelor?s degree; MBA strongly preferred
