SENIOR PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER - LOYALTY & ENGAGEMENT NetSpend
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED DESCRIPTION
Have you developed programs and features that have moved the needle on product engagement and retention? Do you have a track record employing analytics and business intelligence, as well as qualitative observation, to identify deep customer motivations? Have you successfully increased tenure and lifetime value for account or subscription-based products and services? If so, we want to talk to you.
The Senior Product Marketing Manager ? Loyalty & Engagement will lead the lifecycle management of NetSpend?s rewards, retention, and cross-sell feature set. This is a new role that requires a versatile product marketing veteran who can smoothly move from broad strategic vision to highly tactical execution at a moment?s notice. The ideal candidate will be someone who has demonstrated success at building customer-facing rewards, retention, and loyalty features for a financial services or consumer internet company.
This role will be focused on the development of online and mobile customer-facing features ? it is a product management position rather than a marketing campaign/program development role. The job requires experience authoring product requirements (preferably in an Agile environment) and working closely with engineering teams to translate those requirements into successfully launched products.
