Customer Visits, product evangelism

Define and execute a field support strategy. This includes product demonstrations (support the creation of a standard one), sales training (technical and value proposition), customer presentations, and technical content. This will require coordination with various other groups including product marketing team members, product management, product strategy and analysts.

Product Positioning:

Position product to Senior Director and President of Social Computing

Fully understanding the social media/networking market space

Success stories and customer case studies

Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the tibbr space, products and service offerings, including overall value proposition, features, functionality, competitive landscape, and future product direction.

Creating Marketing and awareness campaigns

Define and execute the core messaging and strategy for tibbr. This will require coordination with various other groups including product marketing team members, product management, product strategy and analysts.

This person will provide leadership and product evangelism to promote the success of the tibbr products within TIBCO and outside of TIBCO; provide effective communication to TIBCO customers and prospects, TIBCO field organization, and to external media and analyst of the unique value proposition of tibbr.

Develop go-to-market strategy

Launch and develop campaigns, around web site, collateral, and an integrated approach that involves all major multi media components that ensures scalability of positioning, design and messaging of tibbr.

Education, Skills and Environment Requirements

• BA/BS required, technical major preferred. MBA is desired.
• 7-15 years experience in Product Marketing/Product Management/Pre-sales in an enterprise software or SaaS company; 8+ years work experience
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate individually and in front of large groups
• Excellent writing skills
• Ability to understand high-level business priorities and turn them into specific actions
• Analyst relations and corporate communications experience a plus
