Senior Product Marketing Manager Hearsay Labs

You will own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution across a broad range of stakeholders from executives, customer success, product managers, and field sales. You will be responsible for every aspect of the product go-to-market process including messaging, positioning, pricing and collateral development. This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing.
Own segmentation, value proposition, product and competitive positioning, product messaging, pricing, and collateral development process
Develop winning strategy for building market share within target industries
Develop thought leadership collateral, sales presentations, competitive intelligence information, and whitepapers to support a complex sales process
Work closely with a global sales team to provide training, deal support, and sales training support.
Work cross functionally with sales, product, engineering, marketing, and customers to address market needs
Work with PR, AR, events teams on product launch related activities.
Contribute regularly to Hearsay Social blog and social media marketing efforts;
Act as a speaker for customer presentation, and internal and external events; interact regularly with C-level customers and Hearsay executive team
Work with product management to influence the product management roadmap based on changing market dynamics and new opportunities.
Work with demand generation team to develop proper messaging for offers and review ideas to drive demand generation activity.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Passion for and profound understanding of social media
Proven track record of prioritizing and delivering results within an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
At least 5 years experience in software product marketing with at least 3 years in enterprise software
Strategic thinker, analytical, self starter
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills
Passionate about marketing and making an impact on Hearsay Social?s growth; relentless focus on achievement through leverage and scale
Sense of humor (everyone says this, but we really mean it)
MBA a plus
