Senior Product Marketing Manager Peopleclick
The primary objective of the Senior Marketing Programs Manager is to collaborate with the Marketing Programs team to achieve or exceed lead generation goals. The ideal candidate would work closely with product managers and product marketing to develop robust launch plans, compelling sales tools and marketing activities to generate leads and support announcement of new products, services or programs to the market. Must be results-oriented, creative, in tune with Peoplefluent?s business model and customer domain, and flexible to play senior role in all areas of marketing lead generation.
The candidate must also be experienced in the critical analysis of campaign results & impact, web and email marketing, and have demonstrated success in developing and driving revenue-generating marketing programs.
? Plan and execute the lead generation strategy for the assigned product line
? Based on industry knowledge develops content to support programs and campaigns (e.g., direct mail content)
? Collaborate with product managers, product marketing and marketing communications to translate product messaging and positioning into marketing collateral and promotion plans.
? Manage strategy, creation, development and production of sales tools such as corporate presentation, data sheets, case studies, whitepapers, demos, video testimonials, webcasts, etc.
? Measure and evaluate the cost, impact and effectiveness of programs.
? Manage program targeting and list qualification
? Track and analyze program effectiveness, constantly driving for higher conversion and ROI
? Evaluate, select and manage opportunities with associations and partners
? Leverage the existing infrastructure to successfully produce and execute programs
? Maximize the use of Company assets by repurposing for local audiences and managing materials production as appropriate
? Research/identify, manage and participate at industry events/trade shows, including identification of speaking and networking opportunities
? Plan, manage and co-ordinate webcasts including content, speaker scheduling and sales follow up
? Research/identify and manage opportunities with industry publications
? Assist in the identification of case study opportunities
? Manages the internal telemarketing resource to:
? Execute targeted telemarketing campaigns
? Ensure optimization of lead generation activities including campaign follow up
? Define focus areas for cold calling activities
? Acts as the primary information conduit between Sales and Marketing to:
? Provide relevant information on the focus of the market, covering current and future project opportunities
? Research the market to identify potential competitors
? Business travel approximately 20%
? 5 plus years of Technology Marketing experience
? Must have experience as a Product Marketing Manager with SaaS offerings, HCM, Social technology, LMS or B2B software (HCM highly preferred)
? This is a multi-disciplinary role, giving broad exposure across all areas of marketing. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of achievement, proven ability to learn quickly on the job and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
