We are looking for an outstanding Senior Program Manager to work on a core feature for our Identity and Access Management business. Caradigm?s point of care computing solutions bridge work flow fragmentation in health care enterprises through solutions in single sign-on (SSO) and context management (CM). Our solutions are mission critical enablers to bring the power of computing right to the point of care?to the computing devices, doctors and nurses are using while they?re treating patients.
In this role, you will be a key part of the engineering team working on the design and development of a high-visibility, forward-looking set of functionalities to help clinicians with faster, safer and more efficient access to information at the clinical point of care. This individual will own the end-to-end building of a set of features in our products - from driving requirements through engagement with customers to the successful execution and delivery.
Essential Responsibilities:
? Research and plan a compelling set of features for your assigned product area through direct customer engagement and other stakeholders within the company
? Specify functional designs for your set of features such that development and test understand what needs to be built and why
? Drive the team to execute on a high-quality and on-time product release by participating in design reviews, triage, and other product development processes
? Coordinate cross teams to minimize ambiguity and increase team efficiency
? Build and actively manage the prioritized backlog of desired features for longer range product planning
? Participate in industry and customer events and constantly drive feedback into the development cycle
? Support sales and marketing efforts as necessary
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
? A BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
? A minimum of post-degree 5 years of technical Program Management experience
? Proven ownership and ability to drive the shipment of software to external customers
? Excellent written and oral English communication and cross-group collaboration skills
? Ability to work independently
? Ability to think strategically and tactically about the technical, business, cross-functional/cross-site development issues
? Empathy for customers and their needs and experience working directly with customers
? Experience and demonstrated success in an agile product development lifecycle environment is a plus
? Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
