The Program Manager will lead complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-location software engineering projects to build out and enhance the predictive experience platform. The Program Manager will also manage the design, development and adoption of world-class applications to automate mission-critical customer journeys with multi-modal user experiences. You will coordinate efforts of internal stakeholders (sales, pre-sales, products, application design, analytics, development, and delivery) to ensure that applications meet customer requirements and exceed self-service completion targets.
