As a Sr. Program Manager, you'll be responsible for driving everything from customer/end user requirements thru successful execution of e2e workflows, and supporting application framework components of the Amalga platform. You'll work at all layers from designing complex workflows and end-user experiences that delight and enable clinical users, to ensuring the appropriate APIs are defined and delivered from the application framework, to defining the IT admin experience of upgrades and serviceability of your application. Candidates must have the ability to see the end-to-end, big picture and effectively drive requirements across all layers of the stack (end user, developer, IT admin, SharePoint components, APIs, data ingestion and platform requirements) as well as balance business needs, customer needs, and the project constraints. Lastly, this individual will drive/assist in engagement with customers, partners and services team as we roll out to early adopter customers as well as interact with existing customers to resolve issues, help with installations, etc. Ideal candidates will have experience building & shipping delightful end user experiences (non-tech users), have strong technical skills, and stellar PM execution.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has 6+ years of PM experience defining, managing and successfully executing products through multiple development/release cycles, is a creative driver, able to lead their team through ambiguity, has great verbal and written communication skills, and is passionate about building products that delight end users, with effective, robust and intuitive solutions.
Experience and technical background:
Program manager experience for 3+ cycles, 6+ years of experience building end-user applications and platforms.
Excellent communication, organization, team-building and "driver/execution" skills.
Excellent customer interfacing skills and proven experience
Experience/familiarity with enterprise systems and, web applications.
Experience/knowledge with SQL, web development required. Strongly prefer knowledge of SharePoint, Silverlight/HTML5, .Net, XML.
Experience in Healthcare information technology domain and understanding of Healthcare standards & Interoperability initiatives such as HL7, CDA, IHE profiles considered a strong plus.
BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
