Join our team working on the eHealth HIE (Health Information Exchange) product - enable sharing, managing and exchanging clinical information in a safe, secure and reliable manner. Work on a product that allows clinicians, payers and patients to connect, share and manage digital health information unlocking data from the silo-ed systems that have traditionally characterized the health care industry. Sharing healthcare information among essential stakeholders is universally viewed as critical to improving healthcare quality and decreasing cost.
As a Sr. Program Manager, you'll be responsible for driving everything from data integration/ requirements, data & user level security, consent management, document repository and registry, to system upgrade and serviceability experiences for the HIE product and customers. You?ll be a key player in converging and aligning architectures with HIE and Amalga v3, so you?ll need to become an expert in both product lines. You?ll be looked to as a team member that understands the HIE vision, market, technical and customer requirements. You?ll work at all layers from ensuring the product supports IHE protocols, creates an easy to install, administer and use system, can easily plug into other HIE and Amalga systems, has a supportable and low TCO for install, upgrade, serviceability, etc. This role is for a very technical PM, but one that needs to deeply understand a market, defined protocols/standards, and customer environments.
Candidates must have the ability to effectively drive requirements across all layers of the stack, be very aware of customer requirements, environments and needs. Balancing all of this, while holding your own with the devs to make the right technology and business decisions that balance architecture, TCO, time to market, and schedule/resources. Lastly, this individual will drive/assist in engagement with customers, partners and services team as we roll out to early adopter customers as well as interact with existing customers.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience defining, managing and successfully executing products through multiple development/release cycles, is a creative driver, able to lead their feature team through ambiguity, has great verbal and written communication skills, and is passionate about building complex platforms as effective, robust and intuitive solutions.
Experience and technical background:
Experience in Healthcare information technology domain and understanding of Healthcare standards & Interoperability initiatives such as HL7, CDA, IHE profiles is preferable
Program manager experience for 4+ cycles, 6+ years of experience building data platforms with big data, data standards/protocols, data ingestion, data security and access, product interoperability
Excellent communication, organization, team-building and "driver/execution" skills.
Excellent customer interfacing skills and proven experience
Experience/familiarity with enterprise systems and web applications.
Experience/knowledge with SQL Server, XML required. Strongly prefer knowledge of WCF, Active Directory, OData, SharePoint, Silverlight/HTML5, .Net, and web development SQL Server, WCF, Active Directory, OData.
BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
