Senior Program Manager Lithium Technologies

Lithium is looking for an experienced, results-oriented Senior Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives that go across the enterprise. This individual contributor role will be responsible for launching and managing multiple simultaneous initiatives to completion, leading participants through influence.
The programs involved will be a mix of engineering continuous improvement efforts (Agile experience required), release management, customer-collaborative innovation, beta program management, and leadership of cross-functional programs.
In this role, you will be expected to:
Create structure from ambiguity: given a set of not-well-formed issues, guide project teams to a set of clear goals and organizing principles to get there.
Lead cross-functionally: have and display confidence in large group settings with stakeholders from different functions.
Communicate clearly: Comfortably present to executive-level audiences. Lead customer meetings with professionalism and discipline.
Think ahead: Track progress, provide visibility, and communicate often.
Be Agile: We are a company with deep Agile software development roots, and much of your work will be with Agile teams.
Be hands-on: Actively manage releases, digging deep to understand issues and find the best resolutions. While not primarily a technical position, technology background and the ability to converse fluently with development teams is valuable.

Required skills and experience:
Background in Engineering or Product Development/Management. BS/BA and 3-7 years of experience, Master?s degree and 1-3 years, or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing multi-month projects/programs, ideally cross-functional and with some customer-facing responsibility. Technology or Management Consulting experience a plus.
Deep Agile (Scrum) software development understanding, with experience working with Scrum teams in fast release or continuous delivery models. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Experience in product development of SaaS products
Experience in the Social, Social Enterprise, CRM/CX, or Collaboration software industries
