Senior Project Managers lead our customer engagements and have the core responsibility of delivering our projects on time, on budget, and with complete customer satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
? Extensive healthcare IT experience specific to Health Information Exchange (HIE) technologies required
? Exceptional project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive complex, technical projects to success, working through technical, business, and people challenges
? Demonstrated success in indirect management (i.e. influence without authority), with the ability to lead and maximize the productivity of multidisciplinary project teams
? Demonstrated experience managing geographically dispersed project teams to achieve the required project outcomes
? Demonstrated ability to negotiate, deliver tough messages and effectively present alternative solutions
? Exceptional customer focus with an eye towards consistently exceeding customer expectations
? Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment
? Minimum of 10 years of healthcare services experience, driving complex technical projects
? Exceptional interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with people at all levels and disciplines (from C-level down)
? Exceptional oral/written communication skills
? Ability to travel to customer sites (up to 30%); may include international travel
