Senior Project Manager - Home Health and Hospice CareAnyware

The position involves utilizing your recent clinical health care industry experience and knowledge in the following areas:
? Develops and maintains detailed project plan building from CareAnyware standard plan designs to implement and transition the CareAnyware solution into a hospice or home health organization. Adjusts project plan to adapt to clients needs and issues, but co-leads the project to result in outcomes consistent with targeted best practices identified by CareAnyware.
? Partners with the CareAnyware customer, typically organizational Administrators and Senior Managers, to move the project management and change process forward in a timely manner, customizing the implementation timelines/process as needed to ensure a successful transition.
? Builds organizational process definition with client to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing management using the application.
? Coordinates CareAnyware resources to meet client implementation & training schedules for the CareAnyware application? such as clinical and billing training.
? Provides just-in-time/ongoing application training/review as needed in client calls
? Acts as the liaison between the client and CareAnyware support and development team during the implementation period.,
? Simultaneously manage multiple client implementations
? Perform consultative onsite client visits to review use of the CareAnyware application and establishment of clinical and operational processes
? May assist with product testing to insure that the product performs as the industry requires
? May write and update training material as needed as part of the CareAnyware University ongoing content development
? Prior work experience in home health, private duty, or hospice industries
? 3-5 years of project management and client support experience
? Healthcare software conversion and/or implementation experience
? Prior experience with use of a Clinical Information Systems and staff training.
? Demonstrated ability to drive projects and meet critical deadlines
? Attention to detail, professional presentation skills and ability to work with complex projects
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
? Prior Supervisory experience
? Bachelor?s degree
? Must be a quick learner, self-directed, motivated, and have strong dedication and commitment level to the tasks at hand. Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, project-oriented environment.
? Approximately 30% overnight travel is required for onsite client consultation
? RN or Therapy (PT, OT) candidates with clinical practice experience in a management role
