About The Role:The Senior Project Manager at Sailthru ensures Sailthru customers achieve unparalleled success with our product through flawless project management of onboarding, implementation and integration. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with Engineering, Pre-Sales and Account Management teams to develop and execute an implementation plan. The ideal candidate will play a critical role as a liaison in facilitating, planning, prioritizing collaboration between Sailthru?s functional teams and the customer. In addition, the Senior Project Manager is specifically responsible for:
Leading the preparation, oversight and monitoring multiple concurrent implementation projects to ensure all customer timelines and objectives are met.
Assessing and identifying implementation needs and issues while developing solutions and future recommendations.
Exercising independent judgment to organize and plan implementation programs that are tailored to each customer?s specific needs and requirements.
Working with product and technology teams to provide recommendations for product and support improvements.
Refining and/or developing necessary implementation and training materials.
Establishing and maintaining project communication, overseeing project estimations, staffing and the development of project deliverables.
Establishing processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle and identifying and managing projects and/or program issues as necessary.
Setting project quality and performance standards and assessing and manages risks within and across multiple projects.
About You:
This role is for you if you are a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, assertive follow-through and a passion for providing exemplary customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has proven success achieving this satisfaction by establishing and maintaining top tier project management standards. You also have an exceptional presence with customers, strong communication skills (written and verbally), displaying professionalism and patience with customers at varied skill levels within an organization. In addition, you have:
7+ years of experience in a technical project management role at a B2B SaaS company.
Successful project budgeting experience.
Exceptional organization and prioritization skills.
Track record of working cross-functionally with internal teams from the end of the sales cycle through successful product implementation.
Advanced problem-solving skills and business acumen that enables you to see the bigger picture, ensure successful tactical project execution.
Project Management Institute certification (PMP) is preferred.
