Senior Project Manager-Professional Services-Remote Echopass

This position, working either remotely or Pleasanton, CA, will provide project management and technical leadership for the implementation of Echopass SaaS solutions. This position requires excellent communication skills, high energy, high commitment, high integrity and experience dealing with multiple constituencies, including multiple internal departments. Position requires the ability to make and deliver on project plans in a highly dynamic environments. The individual must be self-motivated with excellent time management skills. Candidate must be able to operate in an entrepreneurial environment.
Manage, track and communicate project details from initiation through project completion.
Oversee all project deliverables such as kick-off, project plans and revisions, change order management and associated status reports.
Manage planning sessions, setting and managing customer expectations, escalations, and contingency planning.
10+ years in managing mid-enterprise size implementation projects both from a project management and technical perspective
Past experience managing multiple accounts and project simultaneously, including concurrent projects
Demonstrated ability to work remotely and manage varied, geographically dispersed project teams.
Experience dealing with multiple constituencies, including multiple internal departments
Prior experience managing budgets and resources is preferred
Must be able to operate in an entrepreneurial environment
Excellent understanding of Contact Center technologies to include CTI, (computer Telephony integration), ACD, IVR, VoIP, CRM, and internet architecture
Position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong Technical Skills
Strong customer skills ? ability to manage expectations
Genesys experience preferred
Experience in pre-sales, supporting sales, RFI, RFP, competitive analysis preferred
20% travel required.
