Project Managers lead our customer projects, and have the core responsibility of delivering those projects on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction. They work in partnership with Implementation Architects, who lead the technical aspects of the project.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
Healthcare IT experience
Exceptional project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive complex, technical projects to success, working through technical, business, and people challenges
Demonstrated success in indirect management (i.e. influence without authority), with the ability to lead and maximize the productivity of multidisciplinary project teams
Demonstrated experience managing geographically dispersed project teams to achieve the required project outcomes
Demonstrated ability to negotiate, deliver tough messages and effectively present alternative solutions
Exceptional customer focus with an eye towards consistently exceeding customer expectations
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment
Minimum of 6 years of healthcare services experience, driving complex technical projects
Exceptional interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with people at all levels and disciplines (from C-level down)
Exceptional English language oral/written communication skills
Ability to travel to customer sites (up to 30%); may include international travel
