THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Senior Project Manager is expected to leverage their extensive technical and project management abilities to manage projects for Five9?s On Demand Call Center software at our large-scale, strategic customers.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience project managing implementations centering around one of the following Call Center Solutions: Genesys, Cisco, Nuance, TuVox, Avaya, Aspect, Nortel, Interactive Intelligence, Siebel Call Center or CosmoCom.
Manage the strategic, as well as day-to-day operational and tactical aspects, of multiple large-scale customer facing projects; effectively communicate plans, progress and status both internally and to Customer organization.
Understand client requirements and design; work with the Implementation and Support Teams to formulate Implementation Plans which meet Customers? needs.
Mitigate project risk by proactively recognizing and communicating challenges, managing changes and providing contingency plans that enable customer success.
Assure that engagements are delivered in accordance with Five9?s Implementation Methodology to ensure successful execution and overall customer satisfaction.
Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships by interacting effectively at all levels of the client organization.
Must possess a strong combination of project management and technical call center skills along with excellent customer communication skills.
Must be a self-starter possessing excellent time management skills and be able manage multiple implementation and sales activities simultaneously.
7-9 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a Project or Program Management position in a Professional Services or Support organization.
Willingness to travel regionally with some national travel.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
BA/BS or equivalent experience.
