Senior Provider Services Representative Medivo

Have a thorough understanding of Medivo?s product and service offerings for providers, patients, and clients.
Handle inbound calls from providers looking to enroll in Medivo?s products and services.
Conduct internet and telephone research on registered practices/providers.
Follow-up via telephone, email, and/or fax with registered practices/providers to obtain the necessary information to activate their accounts.
Provide email and telephone support for registered and unregistered providers.
Assist with the recruitment and credentialing of Medivo?s national network of physicians.
Support the Patient Services Team with inbound/outbound call handling, as necessary.
In addition to the above listed responsibilities, the Senior Provider Services Representative may be asked to perform the following:
Assist with coordinating the day-to-day telephone, email, and/or fax communications that support the practices and providers who use Medivo?s products and services.
Assist with compiling regular reports detailing all inbound/outbound practice/physician issues, complaints and feedback.
Assist with quality assurance measures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of practice/physician data entered in Medivo?s databases.
Support the Provider Services Manager and Practice Relationship Manager by handling routine database management processes.
Assist with the coordination and execution of special projects
Serve as the ?go-to? person for Provider Service Representatives with basic day-to-day issues that do not require escalation.
Desired Skills & Experience
Telephone customer service and/or telemarketing experience required; supervisory experience strongly preferred
Experience working in the health care and/or life sciences industries strongly preferred, especially in a physician-focused role.
Knowledge of operations management principles and processes strongly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills; strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond in a timely manner to inquiries.
Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent applications required.
Demonstrates the value of being a team player through his/her actions.
Has the desire to work in a start-up environment where personal contributions make an immediate impact, and where accountability is completely transparent.
Has the ability to execute under accelerated timeframes and quickly adapt to changes in priorities.
Bachelor's degree or degree in-progress is preferred.
