We are looking for a high achiever with a track record of success and multi-release program management experience who can rise to the competitive challenges presented by key competitors like Google, Apple, Cisco, SalesForce.com and Oracle. You must have a proven track record of thought leadership, leading innovation and creative vision, shipping through multiple product cycles while dealing with challenges such as cross-team dependencies, rapid shipping schedules, and working with a global/distributed team. The ideal candidate must also be successful operating within a fast moving engineering team and help drive the culture in the team. You should possess a strong technical background and an excellent grasp of software engineering principles and exceptional problem solving. A demonstrated ability to come up to speed quickly on new technical domains and comfort in discussing, understanding and contributing to detailed technical issues is required.
Qualifications/Requirements:
? Solid experience developing software product performance metrics and analytics
? Experience in an FDA regulated industry with responsibility in CAPA processes, safety risk management and project management
? Minimum of 5 years of quality engineering
? Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and critical thinking
? Bachelor?s degree in engineering or health sciences or equivalent experience required
? Professional certification preferred (e.g. ASQ CQE, RAPS RAC)
