The Role:Sailthru is looking for an experienced leader in Quality (QA) Assurance/Automation Engineering who will play a critical role in taking Sailthru?s QA Team to the next level. Sailthru?s Senior QA / Automation Engineer will help increase the technical knowledge of the team, specifically focusing on Automation, including functionality, usability, load/performance, regression as well as backend knowledge. This is a key role on Sailthru?s QA Team with responsibility for actively developing our automation framework, maintaining test environments and providing product development and feedback.
About You:
This role is perfect for a self-starter with a passion for testing products, automating everything and driving a strategic vision and direction for test framework. In addition you are an agile, self-motivated and product oriented engineering leader with an ambition to motivate and run a team. Specifically, you have:
7+ years of web application testing experience
Experience using Python for test automation
Experience with functional, load, and performance testing including extensive knowledge of Selenium Webdriver
Experience with Linux, Bash scripting
Familiarity with testing databases
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Involvement in open source projects is a plus
