Senior Quality Engineer Jive Software
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED We are seeking a highly motivated, QA engineer, responsible for taking initiative in driving quality improvements in Jive's industry leading Social Business platform. This person will be designing and developing QA test strategies/plans, writing test cases, working closely with engineers and helping to solve technical issues.

BS in Computer Science with 5+years of industry experience.
Hands on with different java and server side technologies and should be able to dive into the technical stack and figure how things work.
Experience with application server preferably tomcat.
Highly proficient in a Unix/Linux environment. String scripting experience using shell, perl, and python.
Proficient in SQL. Strong database experience including Postgres, Oracle, SQLServer.
Proficient in security related technologies including SSO, SSL, LDAP.
Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytic and problem solving skills.
Customer-focused, ability to triage issues, react well to changes, work with teams and being able to multi-task on multiple products and projects.
Self-starter, team player, highly organized, infrastructure and process-oriented.
Agile development environment experience.
Candidate should have experience working on enterprise software quality.
Experience in any code coverage tool
Experience in Maven/Ant, Jenkins, Subversion/GIT
