THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED As a member of the talent acquisition team the Recruiter is responsible for
managing recruitment activities, including approving the development and
placement of recruitment advertising, selection of recruiting agencies, resume
and applicant screening, candidate interviewing, pre-employment testing, and
reference checking. Works with managers to identify job requirements, create
interview guides and develop recruitment strategies.
Consult and advise hiring managers on overall hiring process, collaborate on job requisition details and creation, and advise on effective candidate assessment/interview techniques
Review job descriptions to ensure proper advertisement format for internet job postings and target niche sites
Develop effective sourcing strategies specific to targeting product development and technical talent
Source talented and diverse candidates through creative methods
Effectively screen and interview candidates to assess skill & cultural fit
Maintain knowledge of the business and market demographics
Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to ensure hiring requirements are met
Ensure positive applicant experience through the interview and hiring process.
Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts
Consistently update applicant tracking system and hiring managers in a timely manner
Ensure regulatory compliance
Present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers
Manage candidate and Hiring Manager communications
5+ years Recruiting experience in a Corporate environment
Preferred experience recruiting in a SaaS company recruiting technical roles
Excellent communications skills (written & verbal)
Skilled in candidate screening & interviewing
Ability to source candidates from job boards, niche sites, job fairs, networking
Knowledge of state/federal labor laws and guidelines (including EEO)
Technical proficiency with MS Office and applicant tracking systems preferably JobVite
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or related field, preferred.
