As a senior recruiter in our Agent Service business, you?ll play a vital role in our Agent Recruitment team drawing upon your background recruiting in a high-volume environment. Working with cross-functional business partners and team members, you will develop and implement recruitment strategies, and share best practices with other recruiters. You will write and optimize opportunity descriptions, define work flows, create applicant filtering questions, identify assessment needs, design email campaigns, recommend advertising channels, and engage applicants using various channels. You will be heavily involved with integrating new technologies and social strategies into the recruitment process. Successful candidates will have a demonstrated ability to source large numbers of independent agents in challenging niche markets and have experience using social recruiting strategies.
In this rewarding role, you will get the pleasure of recruiting work from home independent contractor agents for a variety of different programs including Financial Service and Licensed Insurance. In addition to recruiting for our premier work from home independent agent opportunities, you will supervise other recruiting team members, work with the team to establish sourcing best practices, ensure all sourcing goals are met, while implementing a new ATS and expanding our social recruiting strategies.
Partner with program managers to create recruiting plans
Research and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting
Serve as the subject matter expert and mentor recruiting team members
Meet all recruiting goals and drive others to do the same
Develop communications for use with pre-applicants and applicants
Evaluate all aspects of the applicant experience and make recommendations for improvement
Increase throughput in sourcing
Report/track results and communicate to all stakeholders
Continually evaluate and adapt recruiting strategies to improve performance
Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary
Desired Skills & Experience
5-7+ years of progressive recruitment experience in a high-volume environment in the financial services or insurance industry, or for licensed insurance agents
Experience recruiting for Call Center positions for either a virtual or brick and mortar company is desired
Superb communication skills both verbal and written are a must!
A can do attitude and high energy are a must!
Experience using social media for recruitment
Experience using Application Tracking Systems
Experience implementing a new Application Tracking System is a plus!
Ability to modify recruitment strategies to meet the needs of different programs and agent needs
Demonstrated experience creating unique, creative, effective, and low-cost sourcing campaigns
Excellent people and relationship-building skills including leadership and mentoring skills
Work well in a team environment and as an individual
High degree of integrity and ethical behavior in all business activities and decisions
Self-starter and creative problem-solver
Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and follow through
Comfortable with taking on and driving to conclusion multiple concurrent projects
