Senior Recruiter (In-House) Operative

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for sourcing candidates for corporate and management level vacancies using different methods of recruitment. Focusing on filling open positions as well as building a candidate database for future hiring and succession planning. The recruiter will work closely with hiring manager?s to ensure the recruitment cycle is completed successfully, and the whole process runs smoothly and candidates are fully up to date with their application progress.
As part of the team this role will focus on delivering an effective recruitment service to ensuring the best available candidates on the market are recruited fairly, quickly and cost effectively
This role will act as a Recruitment Business Partner to our head office management team.
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience of working within an in-house recruitment role within an international organization.
Strong supplier management
Excellent stakeholder management - at a senior level
Strong ability in executing all operational aspects of recruitment, interviewing and selection.
An advanced knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components, including effective sourcing, behavioral and motivation based interviewing, employment laws, job analysis, salary trends, relationship management and due diligence
Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and execute on key strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
Ability to think globally and be sensitive to international recruiting practices
Minimum 10 years experience in executive talent acquisition, recruitment, staffing, and/or workforce planning; combination of both in house and external agency experience is preferred
Bachelor?s degree required; Master?s degree a plus
Prior experience in developing, implementing and managing an executive talent acquisition function in a fast paced, high touch, customer focused environment.
Prior employment branding, career website design or Applicant Tracking System (ATS) integration experience highly preferred
Strong personal computing skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet recruiting experience, and ATS software is necessary
