Market Leader Seeking Highly Motivated In-house Senior Recruiter

The Position:

As a leading procurement outsourcing specialist, ICG Commerce is committed to delivering exceptional service through exceptional people. To this end, we are seeking a Senior Recruiter to help us identify top talent to support our year-over-year growth. As a key member of the team, you will interact with leaders of various functional groups within the organization to gain insight into hiring needs and practices. In this role, you will perform hands-on recruiting duties, including identification, selection and closing of candidates, developing recruitment strategies, and implementing recruiting initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

Demonstrated ability to staff a wide variety of roles across multiple geographies
Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
A proven track record of developing creative recruitment strategies that include well established sourcing and screening skills. This includes the use of social media and experience in seeking out new avenues to attract passive candidates.
Persuasive customer/candidate relationship management
Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage time against a work plan/staffing plan
Superior interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to track progress with candidates and follow-up in a timely manner


Job Requirements :
Requirements
Minimum 8-10 years of experience recruiting in a wide range of functional areas
Proven track record of sourcing passive candidates across multiple verticals
Experience in managing multiple priorities and key client relationships
Bachelor degree (BA/BS) required
