Senior Recruiter, Product & Engineering TubeMogul
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED TubeMogul is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join the team in our Emeryville, CA headquarters. You will work closely with our VP Engineering and President of Products to strategically source, market, close technical talent capable of knocking out an aggressive 2014 product roadmap. We?re seeking a full-lifecycle recruiter with impeccable sourcing chops and a stellar reputation built from hard work and successful networking.
Our core product, PlayTime, a real-time media buying platform for video brand advertising and is currently used by brand advertisers and media-trading desks alike. With a platform handling 15 Billion video ad auctions on a daily basis and the latest and greatest tools and technologies, it?s a rewarding place for engineers and therefore a great place to be a technical talent scout! You will be expected to find and close A-Players for a product-focused company within a fast-moving industry, in a hyper-competitive geography. This role is critical to TubeMogul?s aggressive product and engineering roadmap. The position will report to the Director of Global Recruitment.
BA/BS Degree along with 5+ years demonstrated success recruiting technical talent within the Bay Area.
A combination of agency headhunting and internal (corporate) recruiting experience
A history of filling challenging sales roles across all levels and departments, including Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Platform / Java Engineers, UI Designers and Developers, SRE / DevOps Engineers, SDET / QA Automation Engineers, Product Managers, Engineering Managers, etc.
Experience recruiting in a fast-based, startup environment.
Proven experience building effective relationships with technical hiring managers and executive leadership
Sourcing chops and practical experience with recruiting tools, technologies and best practices
Knowledge and understanding of the online advertising and ad-tech industry a plus
Proven experience being assertive by rolling out programs, processes, or best practices to client groups
Team player, willingness to take on creative, collaborative recruiting projects or initiatives
A rolodex, or preferably a more modern way to manage a talent pipeline
Impeccable Follow up and follow through skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
