The Senior Recruiter will work within the Human Resources department and be responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process.
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for helping Responsys grow its business by recruiting in various sectors of its business such as but not limited to Creative, Campaign Services, Strategy and Finance Departments.
Success in this position will come from building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and executives across the business. This person will also need to learn, know and be able to talk about Responsys products, services and the markets it serves.
Requirements:
At least 7+ years' experience as a Corporate (in-house) Recruiter
Expertise in Internet recruiting, including sourcing products and applicant tracking systems
Proficiency with employment interviewing techniques and applicant pre-qualification
Excellent interpersonal skills with a comfort level communicating and empathizing with senior level staff professionals
Outstanding client service, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-motivation, strong time management, and organization skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to develop compelling job descriptions by understanding required skills and background required, the impact on the role, and the ideal fit to the team and company.
Provide advice and coaching to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Use your expertise in innovative recruiting techniques to actively & creatively evaluate, network, and ultimately hire passive candidates.
Develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships, requiring regular touch points and diligent follow through.
Lead full life-cycle recruiting.
Extend job offers to selected candidates, working with hiring managers and company leadership.
Cheerful and positive attitude with a sense of urgency, and a friendly, diplomatic demeanor.
