Be a RECRUITER for EverBank?s Retail Sales department!
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment and the strategic development, implementation and ongoing execution of effective recruitment plans and selection strategies for the Retail Sales business line.
? Serve as a talent adviser and consultant to EverBank?s Retail Sales division
? Develop and execute a staffing strategy to identify, recruit and hire the best talent across a selected region
? Keep abreast of evolving industry trends, recruitment best practices and leading-edge sourcing streams, adjusting strategy accordingly to ensure optimal service delivery
? Establish consultative relationships with hiring managers to ensure talent needs are anticipated and the appropriate recruitment strategies are in place
? Ensure compliance of all legal aspects of recruiting and candidate selection
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements)
? Strong consulting skills including negotiation, persuasion, coaching, teaching, influencing, listening and objectivity
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong partnerships
? Assertive and ability to take initiative as a proactive change agent
? Ability to meet tight deadlines and be adapt to changing client needs
? Detail oriented with excellent follow up
? Pro-active insights and strategic thinking
Training and Experience
? Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting professional, sales, and executive level roles
? Recruiting in the retail mortgage field strongly preferred
? Current or recent experience recruiting for a traditional mortgage company and/or bank required
? Proven experience in a broad spectrum of direct sourcing methodologies (including passive sourcing) required
? PHR/SPHR preferred
? College degree preferred
