The Senior Revenue Cycle Consultant (SRCC) reports to the VP, Business Analytics Solutions and is responsible for ensuring value is initially achieved and then continually optimized across all new and existing Business Analytics clients. The SRCC is the client?s primary point of contact as it relates to optimization work and is responsible for successfully executing on all milestones, including: implementations, go-live training, strategic planning and most importantly, leveraging Streamline Health?s Business Analytics solutions to help each client achieve their overall business goals. The SRCC is also responsible for developing and maintaining senior-level relationships, ensuring usage and adoption rates remain high throughout the life of a contract and identifying additional revenue generating opportunities outside of Business Analytics.
Viewed within the organization as a Revenue Cycle Subject Matter Expert (SME) both internally and externally.
Create, manage and maintain relationships across all levels within an organization, inclusive of the C-suite, Middle Management and end-users.
Bridge Revenue Cycle knowledge with a detailed understanding of Streamline Health?s Business Analytics capabilities to help clients achieve their short and long term business objectives.
Work with clients to develop an AR Strategy, inclusive of Business Analytics and Best Practice processes, to facilitate up-front cash collections, minimize denied claims and liquidate AR in a more efficient and effective manner.
Drive utilization and maximize adoption of our Business Analytics solutions across the client base.
Produce high quality deliverables for client Senior Management.
Assist with lead generation and associated sales process.
Participate in the sales commission plan when directly involved in bringing in new business.
Leverage relationships with clients to generate new business/additional revenue opportunities outside of Business Analytics.
Minimum 3-5+ years of Hospital or Physician Office Revenue Cycle experience.
Experience as a healthcare consultant in the revenue cycle arena is REQUIRED.
B.S. in Healthcare Management, Finance or Accounting, preferred, other areas of study accepted.
Relevant industry experience in Business Intelligence/Analytics software is a plus.
Outstanding analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats as needed.
Ability to create, manage and maintain relationships across all levels of an organization.
Perform as a highly motivated, team player.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be able to travel up to 80%, depending on the needs of our clients.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Office.
Atlanta, GA location.
Ability to travel in and out of cars and planes, and carry your luggage and laptop during travel to client locations across the US and Canada.
