Peregrine UltraCMOS RF IC product lines include high performance RF switches, power amplifiers, mixers and PLLs. This person will lead the efforts to improve our new (1 year old) RF characterization test platform taking on various responsibilities that will include RF design, running experiments, performing characterizations and analyzing test data. As part of a cross-functional product development team the candidate will support other essential disciplines including product development, production and technicians.
Roles & Responsibilities will include:
RF Hardware Engineer for automated test system development
RF ATE system design/analysis
Measure and analyze ATE performance against Peregrine Product linearity, NF and return loss requirements
ATE Characterization: Measure, analyze and document ATE performance.
Evaluate (correlation, GR&R, system analysis) and release of test solutions
Analyze/debug/improve current RF hardware test solutions (ATE)
Experience, Skills and Education Required
Strong RF system design experience
In-depth knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) design principles.
Linearity, IP3, IP3, P1dB, S-Parameters, NF
BSEE or related degree, preferably w/ SW background
5 years minimum recent hands on RF DVT test system development experience
Self-motivated and team oriented

LabVIEW, CVI, JMP, MS Excel
Team player with a strong sense of urgency to meet test schedule.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and English proficiency
