Evaluate 3rd party software tools and technologies for integration into or with our standard offerings as well as our customer deployments.
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal direction.
Possess an effective and clear communications style.
Demonstrated ability to write clean / scalable code.
Demonstrate the skills needed to create detailed work plans, meet your commitments, and drive projects to an on-schedule delivery.
Possess a thorough understanding of software engineering processes. Practical experience Agile/Scrum methods and TDD is highly desired.
Job Requirements:
Overall experience 4-6 years
Ruby on Rails
Testing in Rails
Building and consuming APIs and web services
Experience in getting a product to production
Frontend (HTML / CSS / Javascript / jQuery)
PostgreSQL
Git
Agile/test driven development.
Awesome extras!
HTML5/CSS3
NoSQL (like MongoDB) experience
PhoneGap or any mobile development
Interest in/Experience with pair programming
You have previously worked in a startup
App deployment to a cloud-based platform
