Position Responsibilities:Work closely with the Product team as part of the Agile Development process and to ensure product deadlines are met
Analyze and study complex system requirements
Design software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain analyses and manage their implementation
Translate detailed design into computer software
Test, debug and refine software to produce the required product
Prepare required documentation, including both programlevel and userlevel documentation
Enhance software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency
Provide technical guidance in software engineering techniques and automated support tools
Desired Background & Skills:
BS or MS in Computer Science or technical/quantitative field
5+years professional experience
Ruby on Rails or PHP
Experience in managing servers and scalability
Strong knowledge of front-end development with AJAX, Javascript, CSS, and HTML
Experience as a team-lead on software development projects
Experience with agile development techniques including test-driven
development and priority-based planning
