Our Sales People are the face of iMomentous. We sell our products to decision makers at companies across the globe. What we are looking for: We are looking for an energetic, fun, passionate person with impeccable organization and follow up skills. In this role, you will target the Talent Acquisition Leaders of the Fortune 1000. We provide a base salary commensurate with experience and uncapped commissions. The successful person in this role will make well into six figures.
Your responsibilities will include:
Daily warm calling to schedule discovery and demo meetings
Minimum of 4 hours daily
Conduct powerful product demo?s
Drive opportunities throughout the sales cycle to reach purchase decision
Know the competition well enough to decipher competitive differences
Assist with building attendance to webinars and events
Source & develop client relationships and referrals
Proactively manage your schedule, leads, and pipeline
Demonstrate a repeatable sales technique for achieving maximum sales
Be energetic, passionate, and motivated to be the best
Is this you?
You have 5-8+ years of sales experience
You have Startup and/or SaaS experience (preferred but not a deal breaker)
You have knowledge of the recruiting or talent acquisition space preferred (preferred but not a deal breaker)
You have a Strong understanding of Value Based Product selling
You have social selling skills and use Linkedin and Twitter frequently
You have solid business acumen and are goal oriented, optimistic, and very friendly
You can craft emails that people would want to read based on things that are important to them
You have a Bachelors degree
You have kicked some major ass in another company already and want to go work for an amazing startup
Must have a college degree
