Senior Sales Account Executive Permessa
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Group Business Software Corporation is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our sales staff in North America. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with new and existing clients, while exceeding customer expectations. Typically handles larger or more complex accounts.
Main Job Tasks
? Oversee projects associated with assigned accounts, including but not limited to new development, internal & external communication, and support and maintenance issues.
? Evaluate assigned accounts business processes and make recommendations for enhancements that will generate additional revenue.
? Collaborate with various teams throughout the organization to ensure the successful launch of solutions to customer base.
? Report on sales activities and creates sales quotations for customers.
? Act as a liaison for internal and external communications with assigned accounts.
? Manage a positive relationship with all assigned accounts.
? Ensure reporting and communications is frequent to all areas of the organization.
? Report to Sales management competitive and market intelligence.
? Travel as required for the position and company needs.
? Other job duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
? A bachelor's degree in Business, or related field, OR
? Five (5) years? experience in the sales or related field, OR
? Any appropriate combination of education and experience
? Strong PC Skills, including experience with MS Office and CRM tools
? Cross selling capabilities & the ability to manage a large pipeline
? Manage sales priorities including pipeline and forecasting
? Deep industry knowledge/product knowledge
? Experience with Lotus Notes/Domino Software preferred
? Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
? Strong analytical skills
? Effective oral and written communication skills
? Excellent interpersonal skills
? Self -Motivated
? Ability to work in a team environment
? Enjoy working against deadlines & perform against revenue targets
