The Senior Sales and Planning Analyst will be a major contributor to the success of WebLink by identifying, analyzing, planning and managing initiatives to improve business results through sales and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify and quantify market opportunities and perform supporting cost/benefit analyses. Measure and evaluate lead performance from multiple channels. Perform research, analysis and modeling of various aspects of WebLink competitors and the overall competitive environment. Develop, document and manage the company pricing models for all product lines. This includes documentation, communication and training on these pricing models.
FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS
Build and evaluate various growth models and capitalization scenarios based on input from key stakeholders. Build, maintain or improve existing weekly/quarterly forecasting cycles for various key areas of the business such as Leads, Sales and Cash. Perform regular analysis in order to identify and recommend areas of opportunity for improving results. Prepare weekly/monthly reporting related to business results.
Drive improvements in sales and lead coverage models through lead and rep performance analytics. Manage and maintain the CRM systems used by WebLink to maximize the value of customer data and customer touch points throughout the revenue cycle. Provide and maintain existing financial and operational reporting. Including, but not limited to, Software Sales Pipeline, Weekly Sales Operations Reports, Monthly Company Dashboard and Weekly Flash Report.
Serve as back-up for other financial, operational and HR functions. Other miscellaneous projects and tasks, as needed.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Proficiency with regard to finance and accounting fundamentals related to revenue recognition. Experience working with statistical or financial modeling either in the classroom or workplace. Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint a nice plus is experience with MS Access. Experience working with CRM tools (such as Sales Force.com) and marketing automation tools (such as Hubspot) is preferred. Bachelor?s degree in business, accounting or closely related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
