Senior Sales Executive Brandmuscle

The Senior Sales Executive (SSE) will be responsible for direct Brandmuscle sales activity. This position will be charged with closing new business and expanding Brandmuscle?s presence in the marketplace. The SSE must be able to prioritize resources to quickly evaluate and respond to potential sales opportunities that will maximize the revenue growth of the company. The SSE will be tasked with and measured on total direct sales results in his/her assigned categories and regions. He/she will be equipped and empowered to coordinate all Brandmuscle resources to nurture their assigned leads through the sales process from initial meeting through deal completion.
This position reports to the Chief Strategy Officer.
Additional responsibilities also include:
Developing comprehensive knowledge of Brandmuscle?s product suite, services and marketing initiatives.
Building professional relationships with the assigned prospects in support of Brandmuscle sales growth initiatives, engaging and nurturing potential clients.
Evaluating sales opportunities for Brandmuscle products and services and pursuing those opportunities with optimal fit and potential.
Obtaining an in-depth understanding of each prospect?s market and competitive positions, analyzing needs and developing Customer Specific Value Propositions
Delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations, via phone and in person
Managing long and short term sales cycles
Coordinating internal resources to gather information and participation as necessary throughout the sales process.
Building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels within the organization, acting as the ?business face of Brandmuscle? for each prospect.
Maintaining accurate records of accounts, contacts, ongoing communications and contracts.
This position will be competitively compensated with a base salary plus sales commission. Brandmuscle also offers a generous benefit package.

Experience in selling technology or marketing services into the marketing organization of large corporations
A demonstrated track record of sales success and the ability to achieve sales objectives
A hands-on orientation and roll-up-your-sleeves mentality that fits optimally in an entrepreneurial environment
Good communication and presentation skills as well as strong problem solving skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities and task and meet deadlines
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, professional etiquette and relationship management skills
Good follow-up habits with strong attention to detail
The flexibility to adapt to different environments and personality styles
The desire to motivate and to be a collaborative team player
Bachelor?s degree in business or other related discipline with a minimum of 3 to 5 years? sales experience.
