AtHoc seeks exceptional Sales Executive with proven enterprise software experience to dive deep into our Department of Veterans Affairs Account and build out its VA line of business. We are a pre-IPO company, growing at 50% CAGR per year.
With respect to VA, the AtHoc suite of communications software products give hospitals two clear value propositions:
Protects Nurses, Staff, and Employees. From the effective use of AtHoc mass notifications technologies, hospitals now have the power to leverage next-generation mobile, social, and communications technologies to rapidly warn and protect their employees in times of emergencies.
Increases Profits. From the effective insertion of AtHoc alerts into their business processes, healthcare organizations now have more control to further eliminate operational inefficiencies/wastes and increase operating profits.
Specifically, the AtHoc enterprise mass notifications software:
Accurately notifies personnel regarding work shift changes or shift cancellation so that personnel can make timely decisions about such changes and union labor and management agreements are honored with complete transparency. This builds trust between labor and management because it eliminates the emotional and financial costs related to filing and investigating pay grievances.
Protects personnel by rapidly warning and accounting for their status in times of emergencies, such as natural disasters, pandemics, suspicious packages, and suspicious persons. AtHoc ensures that once an emergency alert has been sent, personnel are then also reached for the post-emergency recovery phase so that normal business operations can rapidly resume. By accounting for and protecting people ? our customers? most valuable assets ? AtHoc strengthens the life-safety mission and operations of any business.
Provides continuity of operations communication to personnel and key operational nodes about critical application system outages and on-going operations to provide near real-time situational awareness. This protects the IT and Operations teams from bombardment of inquiries about the status of key systems (such as Epic, Cerner, Eclipsys/Allscripts) and operations, which consumes unnecessary time and distracts important resources from fixing the core problems. The ability to rapidly recover from such unexpected down time occurrences and/or manage operational incidents contributes to value creation for our customers.
We seek Senior Sales Executives who will own, lead and dive into the Veterans Affairs account that we secured. This executive will be given an entrepreneurial opportunity in a rapidly growing enterprise software company to define the VA go-to-market plan and execute on it. The executive will report directly to the Vice President of Sales and Business Development, Public Sector/Civilian.
Build the business, including personally selling the AtHoc products and services in line with your respective sales quote and target goals
Identify and properly qualifying client prospects and business opportunities in the VA setting
Develop and executing strategic enterprise account planning with sales and professional services team members
Demonstrate proven sales process that delivers measurable value to our VA customer
Exhibit fluency in the identification and delivery of value at each stage of the customer decision making process
Assist the AtHoc Civilian Homeland Defense Team double revenues in 2013
Unquestioned integrity and a candid communicator
Know how to sell to both Nursing and IT organizations
Proven successful track record selling into VA to al VISN?s and Hospitals
Experience selling to C-Suite and Head of Safety audience with focus on Physical Security and emerging requirements for alerting
At least 5 years of missionary sales as well as process-driven sales experience
Documented history of exceeding goals and outperforming industry peers
Experience working in fast-paced, high growth organizations
