Noesis Energy is looking for a Sr. Sales Manager interested in joining a fast-paced, high-energy start-up that can make an immediate impact within our Sales organization. This sales leader will build relationships with our partners and customers to sell our products and services.
The Sr. Sales Manager is responsible for handling relationship sales transactions with our partners and customers and implementing corporate processes for opportunity qualification, sales process development, and pipeline management. Further, the Sr. Sales Manager will own tactical execution responsibilities for solution sales (products and services) including overall management of the sales pipeline through the entire sales cycle, and most importantly, closing sales.
Candidates must have strong sales and channel management skills and a demonstrated track record of meeting targets and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have both channel and enterprise sales experience. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing team critical to Noesis' success.
This role is located in our Austin, TX headquarters and reports to the Vice President of Sales.
oDevelop and aggressively close sales through prospecting, lead qualification and relationship
oCreate/implement the strategy, process and tools required to achieve sales goals
oPresent Noesis' paid program offerings as unique and effective strategies for partners to
acquire new customers
oConduct product demonstrations via the internet to potential partners and customers
oProvide senior management with regular and accurate updates regarding sales pipeline
development, opportunity progress and quarterly forecasts
oCoordinate marketing and outreach campaigns with the Marketing team
--7+ years combined of direct sales and sales management experience with recent success in
--Ability to effectively manage time, reach decision-makers, quickly determine opportunity
potential, and close sales remotely
--Demonstrable record of both enterprise and channel sales success against quota with
--Demonstrable success canvassing and cold-calling into various types of businesses selling
products and service offerings
--Energy background preferred
--Strong leadership skills
--Ability to use Microsoft Office/Exchange, and SalesForce.com
--Strong oral and written communication skills
--Strong customer management skills
