The Senior Retail Operations Manager for the Retail Channel will be responsible for developing and managing key relationships, working closely with the Retail Account Management and Sales team and managing the execution of key initiatives through the Retail channel. This position will monitor and report on metrics for production, fulfillment and distribution of our prepaid debit card products and programs. This role reports to the Senior Director of Account Management.
Develop and maintain successful relationships with key internal and external stakeholders through effective communication.
Track projects, programs, projects, jobs, and processes to provide detailed reporting on all Retail activities.
Assist in coordination of Field Sales team support.
Monitor daily fulfillment and production.
Develop and communicate KPIs for measuring and reporting on key Retail deliverables.
Suggest, evaluate, initiate, and implement improvements to the internal and external fulfillment processes, delivering efficient and enhanced levels of service.
Work closely with internal and external teams to understand volumes on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Track material setups, inventories, and shipping to support multiple programs.
Coordinate the print and card production schedules to support forecasted volumes to meet delivery schedules.
Manage the operational implementation of new program launches.
Use personal relationships within NetSpend to drive progress and growth with our distributors.
Combine interpersonal skills and business knowledge to evaluate opportunities for growth and improvement.
Manage partner on boarding and special reporting and settlement configuration
Represent Retail team in prioritization process pertaining to Account Management and Senior Management requests
Manage and improve bank approval processes
Bachelor?s degree, preferably in Business Management.
3-8 years operational experience in the Banking, Financial, or Payments industry required.
Previous experience successfully managing external vendor/partner relationships.
Strong project management
Ability to adapt and work in a fast paced environment
Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in creating metrics programs.
