Senior Sales Operations Manager Ruckus Wireless
3+ years? managing large cross functional projects in a sales operations role
Superior project management and communication skills, ability to work independently
Broad experience in developing, testing, and deploying CRM solutions (salesforce.com or similar)
Ability to multi-task and change priorities according to critical business needs
Ability to translate a sales vision into the tools and IT requirements to support
Skilled at working within all levels of leadership
Bachelor?s Degree in Business or related field from an accredited institution,
Master?s Degree / MBA Preferred
SF.com or similar CRM certifications desired
Reports to the Director of Global Sales Operations
Proactively identifies opportunities for systems and sales tools improvement.
Translates sales user needs into business requirements for IT/Finance/Operations
Lead cross functional teams in the design, testing, and roll out of sales tool enhancements (CRM, Quoting, POS, compensation, reporting, and others)
Manages projects to schedule, escalates issues rapidly when appropriate
Support both Enterprise and Service Provider sales users
Fosters close, cooperative, collaborative relationships with cross-functional organizations through-out Ruckus, including critical groups such as sales management, sales and support personnel
Help Sales to maximize their time in front of the customer by understanding their needs and translating them into productivity through process, tools and supportive assistance.
Create field sales training collateral, deliver and/or facilitate field sales training as needed

Salesforce.com ? Expert user / business owner for the sales cloud module
Varicent ? Experienced user
SAP ? Experienced user
Experience with a data warehouse or similar BI/reporting tools
Tools & Reporting
Manage POS Reporting.
Administer, manage and report on revenue forecasting using Ruckus's methodology and automation/forecasting tools; drive adoption of forecasting tools and dashboards.
Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts.
Monitor weekly forecast and metric reports & provide analysis for Sales Management.
Drive adoption of global sales tools/processes, including salesforce.com
