Mu Dynamics is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Specialist to add to their HQ team in Sunnyvale, CA
The Senior Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for growing sales and improving the customer experience by supporting the Field Sales Representatives and Inside Sales Representatives. He/she will support the sales team with coordination of existing and future orders by working internally with marketing, finance and customer service. He/she will also perform administrative tasks and assist the sales team in successful implementation of marketing programs. Continuous follow up and communication with sales representatives, internal functions and customers is an essential part of position.
Roles/Responsibilities
Assist sales team with the following duties; order expediting, delivery coordination, customer credits, pricing questions and marketing programs
Assist sales team with customer relationship management administration (Salesforce.com)
Improve the customer experience by reducing the time for problem resolution
Assist the sales reps responsiveness to customers by being able to coordinate with the internal teams to answer customer inquiries
Provide recommendations to improve the processes, policies and procedures to improve the customer experience
Processing of customer purchase orders:
Confirmation of receipt of customer purchase orders
Sending release authorizations for new orders
Case and license management for new orders and renewals
Service renewal management
Assist finance department with sales compensation plans and commission calculations
Qualifications
Basic Mandatory Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree and 5 years sales support or customer service experience in a high tech company
Minimum 2 years sales support experience
Minimum 2 years experience with Salesforce.com
Minimum 5 year advanced experience with MS Office Products, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook
Must be able to work independently with very minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in SalesForce with order processing, case, renewal and license management
Experience working with sales compensation plans and commission calculations
Excellent communication skills
Results driven
Fluent with basic computer networking terms and technology
High degree of self motivation
Effective time management and organization skills
Team player
Experience working in a start-up environment
