Success here means working with a variety of client groups and frequently switching gears with aplomb. Quickly develop rapport through your efficient execution of the recruiting plan. Design a meaningful recruiting marketing plan that works. Use diverse sourcing strategies including direct sourcing via social networks, professional groups, referrals, and other creative methods. Partner with external resources as needed. Present candidates who are equally a fit with the job description as they are with our corporate culture and the unique characteristics of each team. Demonstrate your ability to identify a great match and then effectively manage the hiring process from cradle to grave. Conduct well-orchestrated interviews and consult with hiring leaders post-interview to help them evaluate for the right fit. Continually develop your candidate and set the stage for closing the ?A? player.
You should have 10+ years of full lifecycle experience recruiting with an emphasis in sales in high tech, preferably with companies in social media, enterprise software, or the cloud space. Experience hiring for mid size startups, corporate, and agencies is ideal. Hiring for rapid growth is essential.
