Are you a rockstar Senior Sales Recruiter who is passionate about finding outstanding Sales talent? Clarabridge is seeking a seasoned Sales Recruiter who loves the thrill of the chase and satisfaction of closing top Sales talent. Reporting to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition, this rockstar will join our awesome Talent Acquisition team located in Reston, Va and will play a critical role in Clarabridge success.
Clarabridge is expanding our Global Sales organization and sourcing a steady and robust pipeline of top sales talent is among the top organizational priorities. The Senior Sales Recruiter will help design and develop new strategies for identifying, engaging, and closing the best Sales talent on global level. You will work closely with senior leadership to determine Clarabridge talent requirements, identify and maximize innovative recruiting strategies, and be a key player in growing our amazing company!
To be successful in this role, you will leverage your experience in sales recruiting in SaaS Sales, have results-oriented energy and ambition in a dynamic environment, and rely on your coaching skills to help Clarabridge continuously improve their talent acquisition capabilities.
Develop and implement sales sourcing strategy that produces a continuous, highly qualified pipeline of sales professionals and executives
Execute all facets of Sales recruiting process from sourcing through to offer negotiation
Lead, plan and participate in events to meet candidates such as networking groups, industry conferences, etc.
You have at least 7 years in recruiting with at least 3 years of Sales recruiting in the technology field
You thrive in a fast-paced environment where functioning autonomously and collaborating as part of a team are equally important.
You possess exceptional research, consulting, and sourcing abilities
You are a relationship builder focused on candidate experience and customer service
You have a track-record of successfully sourcing top sales talent
You have excellent analytical skills and a passion for metric-driven results
You love an entrepreneurial, highly dynamic culture
You are a compelling communicator able to capture the attention of highly in-demand busy sales talent and senior executives
You are articulate with a high level of business acumen
Your strength is in influencing and engaging with senior level executives in a proficient and professional manner
You have a degree from an accredited university
