THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Quantcast is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Trainer with a passion for developing world - class sales teams and related curriculum for a growing sales organization with revolutionary products. Quantcast?s advanced ad targeting and analytics tools have gained massive adoption and great interest in the digital ad industry over the last 2 years.
With headcount projected to grow at an exponential rate over the next year, we are looking to add a veteran sales trainer to come aboard and execute a complete sales training program. This person will be responsible for all aspects of sales training and performance coaching for our corporate sellers and will work with both new hires and the existing sales team to build out their industry knowledge and sales skills.

Work closely with Head of Global Sales Training and the Corporate Sales team to execute and enhance holistic training curriculum for all new hires in Quantcast?s sales organization
Develop ongoing learning curriculum for current sales professionals in both inside and outside sales roles
Develop reference collateral and learning tools to support training plans
Support new product launches with training plans to help drive adoption by the sales team.
Build strong relationships and credibility with senior members across the organization
Partner with and support Corporate Sales Managers in driving improved sales performance within their teams
BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
4 years sales training experience in tech or similarly knowledge intensive field (module based training experience is required)
Successful record of sales experience is required
Experience developing sales training curriculum for media, technically dense and/or data oriented products
Experience leading front of the room trainings and delivering curriculum across sales and account management teams
Experience designing and writing technical training and testing materials
An organized, methodical personality and excellent communication skills are crucial
Media experience is a huge plus; Start-up experience a major plus
