Senior SalesForce Administrator LogRhythm
LogRhythm is seeking a Senior SalesForce Administrator to join our IS team at our corporate office in Boulder, CO. This person will be responsible for the administration, configuration, development, and support of LogRhythm business applications, largely Salesforce.com. The ideal candidate will have an information systems education or applicable professional background. This is a terrific opportunity to help develop and support an information systems infrastructure leveraging the latest in cloud/SaaS based technologies for a rapidly growing high tech company. This is also a great opportunity to further enhance your experience in Salesforce.com by working with a leading subject matter expert and receiving professional training. You will be responsible for developing, configuring, and supporting several SaaS-based systems that are used by our business across all departments and business functions.
Team lead for Information System projects
Handle Tier III support issues
Perform Systems Architect duties
Perform Business Analyst duties
Administer additional systems relating to accounting, marketing, customer care and sales
At least 4 years of experience implementing business solutions with Salesforce.com
Object configuration, including comfort with formula fields
Workflow; Validation Rules; Approval Processes; Reports/Dashboards
Sandbox environment / deployment methodology
Ability to anticipate the impact/scope of Data Conversions and Mass Updates
Proven experience implementing Salesforce.com best practices, change control processes, unit testing and re-architecting existing SFDC systems
In depth knowledge of the SFDC API?s and building integrations with the SFDC platform.
Strong analytical skills to be able to effectively analyze end-to-end business processes, system flows and application issues.
Possesses the ability to understand concepts, processes, system dependencies and relevant technical functionality pertaining to CRM business applications.
Strong business analysis, testing, documentation and problem solving skills.
Experience with gathering, verifying, validating and documenting requirements
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills; analytical and problem solving skills; and, working in a team environment
1) Experience in secure coding principles
2) Experience in software and database design, development and test
3) End-user training experience; End-user documentation; System documentation
4) Willingness to work on significant project work in addition to day-to-day support tasks
5) Willingness to become more technical in Salesforce.com (troubleshooting code, update, Visualforce, create Flows)
