Do you want to define and lead large organizations in solving complex information security problems through Identity and Access Management? Can you assess a big set of problems and develop a an executive level strategy for scope, approach, engagement delivery team structure, engagement estimates and risk plan for consulting services engagements? Do you like communicating with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to proactively manage the expectations of those stakeholders on an ongoing basis? Do you enjoy securing the technical and project management resources necessary to deliver the solution?
The Senior Service Manager role owns the problem statement from the perspective of the customer. This role has the responsibility of ensuring that the assembled consulting team delivers value on time, on budget, and in scope.
The Senior Service Manager is the primary leader in driving our IAM services strategy.
Manage concurrent IAM solution deployments across multiple clients and project teams
Continually improve service delivery tools and processes
Provide monthly business Quality of Service metrics across the portfolio of active client projects
Own level of service quality and service delivery performance
Learn about new product capabilities and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.
Manage the execution of project plans, monitor, and report regularly on progress against contracts, including financial performance and delivery metrics
Lead analysis/discovery meetings with client stakeholders to gather project requirements
Assist IAM Architects and Engineers with the creation of functional requirements and technical design documentation
Willingness to propose and adopt new cutting edge project management concepts and methodologies
Manage for all assigned projects
o Responsible for communication and status of assigned projects in motion
o Track assigned project service issues and recommend courses of action
o Continually identify ways to reduce costs of delivering the services
o Monitor and manage service delivery performance of subcontractor/third party
o Maintain and updates project plans, schedules and other project documentation
o Manage scope and requirements traceability
Define and document
o Business needs and assess capability gaps
o Use case scenarios and technical requirements
o Test case scenarios which properly exercise the client IAM implementation scenario
Qualifications and Skills
? Bachelor?s Degree and/?or qualification in an IT related discipline or equivalent technical and business experience
? 6 years? experience in IAM consulting or large company management
? 2 years? experience in Program Management
? 2 years? experience in Project Management
? Experience working remotely with a virtual team
? Demonstrated experience managing customer requirements and communication
? Excellent customer service, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
? Superior analytical problem solving skills, strategic thinking and requirement capture capabilities
? Excellent verbal and written communication to both technical and business audiences
? Experience with analysis techniques including: Data flow Diagrams, Metrics and Key Performance Indicators, Non-functional Requirements analysis, process modeling, root cause analysis, scenarios and use cases, state diagrams, SWOT analysis, User stories.
? Ability to
o Manage multiple, simultaneous projects and work streams
o Interact with and develop relationships with a diverse group of client personnel ranging from senior executives to middle managers to project managers
? Ideal candidate will have experience in program / client management expertise from within software consulting and professional services firms experiencing rapid growth
? Direct people management skills are a plus for this position as this position will need to indirectly manage technical resources.
